AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO TAX EXEMPT INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS (HOPE CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS, INC.
